OK, i've been meaning to update you all on something VERY exciting. Our sweet thing has TEETH!! She's been working on these chompers for so long (i wouldn't be surprised if she was teething in the womb) and we're so happy she has a reward for all her trouble. Two itsy bitsy razor sharp little chicklets. she got the first one (bottom center left) about a week and a half ago and the next (bottom center right) a few days later. (so its not even christmas and shes got her two front teeth!! yes, i know, dork) So, i've been meaning to take a picture of the trophies since then but just got around to it tonight. At least i got them before they got too big. if you double click on the picture, it should enlarge so you can see 'em...
And you should have seen some of the pictures we took trying to get the tooth shot. ah, what the hell, heres a FEW of those.
and ALSO....
what she did today could not be called anything other than CRAWLING. for the past few days she's been so close we could all taste it but today it was 100% FORWARD, coordinated and textbook crawling. I like what our friend Bernadette said (for my baby book entry): "July first, fully mobile." I don't have a picture of it but stayed tuned and hopefully we'll get a video up here soon.
Lots of news... i'm exhausted. goodnight.
