This is Whitney's brother Josh updating the blog for Whitney and Brooks.
The baby girl (still waiting on a name) was born on November 5 around 9 p.m. Hawaii time. 8 lbs, 10 oz. Details are somewhat limited at the moment but the baby is healthy and mom and dad are doing great. Here is the first and only picture I have received.

Ok, so I was the last to know and had to find out on a group distribution email, but I am the first to comment on the blog! so thanks, Josh, for getting this up. And BGG and I have back-to-back birthdays. I'll never forget the date. I'm so glad to have her with us. Great work Whitney and Brooks. Hope you don't abandon the blog, Whitney -- although I'm sure BGG will be much more interesting! Love you all lots.
